Girls break the rules and are finned
Early morning, Ranvijay called all the girls downstairs for a talk. He had collected the Vodaphone Magic box phone from the girls. The MTV crew had come to know that some girls(well, 2 girls in particular - Bosky and Bianca) had made personal calls, which were strictly against the rules of the Show.
And as a punishment, Ranvijay announced that their reward money worth 5 lakhs was cut down to 2.5 lakhs. That came as a big shock for the girls. They were really angry with Bosky as she had received a message on her cell and it proved that she was in constant touch with her friends and family. Though Bianca's phone also displayed a number of missed calls, she some how managed to get off the loose. After going back to their rooms, the girls took her case royally.
As the girls kept arguing and fretting over their lost money, guess who makes an entry? Ritu entered the room and all the girls were in for yet another shock. All the girls hugged the new girl and pretended to be happy and jolly to have her amongst them. But they all were disappointed knowing that the number of girls or as Yamini said,'the competition level' had increased.
2 Boys, 20 Girls and the swimming pool
Then the boys came to meet the girls and all of them went to the swimming pool where they had a blast. The girls were all dressed up in their swimming suits and bikinis. The guys looked like they were having a lot of fun.
Chat in the Pool
The girls were called out for a task this time by Ranvijay and the Boys. The task was that the girls had to select a partner. Once the girls were paired, they were told that the task was to challenge each other with a task. The funniest task was that of swearing. Aarti and Shruti, the pair had to compete each other, by saying the maximum number of 'swear words'. Shruti's performance stunned everyone and she was the clear winner.
The other tasks were among Hannah and Meenakshi. Hannah challenged Meenakshi to do a kathak dance in the pool. As a good sport she did it and quite well too. Then there was a 'belly dance' by Anubha, which blew up every body's mind. She did it like a professional. Now the girls that did'nt win the challenges were Hoorzan, Ritu, Bosky, Bianca, Shraddha, Hannah and Aarti. And they automatically went into the 'Dumping Zone'.
Now the boys had to decide which girls among the 7 girls in the dumping zone were going to be safe. The boys send back Bosky and Hoorzan. Not letting down the rest of the girls, Ranvijay announced that they would get a second chance to prove themselves. Thats by going for a date with the guys.
The Date
This obviously came as a pleasant surprise to the 4 girls. They were happy that they would be dating the guys and were also tensed as they would be one step ahead to elimination too. So the next day, the girls got all decked up for their date with excitement and nervousness. The 4 girls had a good ride to Casa Batonna, looking at the beautiful sceneries of the Goa coastline. The Resort was beautiful with a lake side and a swimming pool.
The girls went in to meet the girls and the boys were impressed with how the girls looked. The girls were looking their best and so were the guys. So the date started but it didn't seem to go anywhere. The girls kept asking the boys the same old questions which put them off. So taking an initiative, Varun calls Hannah and Aarti to the pool side. Hannah tried to push Varun inside the pool but somehow he managed to get his balance and escaped. But when the girls came near, he pushed Aarti in followed by Hannah.
Varun - The knight in shining Armour??
Hannah, who doesn't know how to swim, thought she was drowning in the 4 feet deep water. Initially, though Varun thought she might be able to manage her self, he later on jumped into the pool to obviously "rescue" her. And Hannah clung on Varun as if, in case she loosened her grip, she would drown. And the pitiful girl was ever so grateful to Varun for 'saving her life'. Varun did not mind the praises being showered at all!
On the other hand, there seemed to be a little competition between Shraddha and Bianca wooing for Vishal's attention. As soon as Vishal and Bianca were getting a little cozy, Shraddha came in the pool and reclaimed her authority, which send Bianca away to Varun. It seemed like it was meant to be because, Varun and Bianca hit it off very well. So was Vishal's lose Varun's gain? Only time will tell.
Who got dumped
After the girls came back from their dates, their counterparts were waiting at the villa to hear in detail about their day. Bianca could not stop blushing each time she spoke about Varun. Shraddha, however, was all tears and worrisome about the elimination. Her room mates tried to cheer her up while they all awaited the dreadful hour.
And soon the girls were fetched for the elimination. In a rather unexpected turn of events, while it looked like Shraddha was going to be dumped, Vishal send her back to the safety zone. Bianca also found favor in Varun's eyes and was safe. The 2 remaining were Hannah and Aarti, whom the boys did not find and 'wildness' nor any enthusiasm. And the more 'boring' among the two - Aarti was DUMPED.
